
VCL will provide services strictly upon the Terms and Conditions set out below.
We are not an embassy, and are not affiliated with any government department. If you wish to apply directly to the relevant embassy, please consult their official website for guidelines on how and where to apply, application forms
and for information on their fees.
We are a private company, who assist with visa and passport applications on our clients’ behalf. If you choose to utilise our services please be advised that, in addition to any embassy or governmental fee, we charge a handling fee for our services. These services include consultation and visa advice, the pre-checking of applications before presentation, and ensuring both the delivery and collection of applications to/from the relevant embassy or
government department on your behalf as your designated agent and courier.
Any information or advice given or service provided by VCL is based solely on the latest information available to VCL whether directly from Consulates or relevant websites.
Processing times are based on VCL receiving applications before 17.30 hours on the previous working day. Applications will be processed next working day.
VCL will ensure that the processing of all visa applications is carried out to the highest possible standard and with all due care and attention to the requirements of clients. However, VCL cannot guarantee the granting of visas as this will be determined by the Consulate. In addition, VCL will not be held responsible nor accept any liability for failure to obtain or delay in obtaining appropriate visas due to the actions of Embassy or Consulate officers. This also applies in the case of couriers acting as agents of VCL.
VCL will not be held liable for expense and or delay arising from or in connection with incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
In the event of any passport, supporting document or other item pertaining to a visa or permit application becoming lost, misplaced, damaged, delayed or destroyed while in the care of VCL, the cost of replacement and or reinstatement together with any consequential loss shall be entirely at the discretion of VCL.
A refund may be given if such request is received prior to the visa having been applied for or obtained. In such circumstances a service fee of £30 will be deducted from the refund total.
It is not possible to cancel an application after a visa has been obtained and the full charge will apply.
In cases of visa denial and refusal, the full charge will be applicable. If Consulate charges are refundable they will be returned but our service charges will not be refunded in any case.
Payment in full of VCL fees together with any anticipated Consular or Embassy charges must accompany any request for services unless account facilities have been agreed in writing prior to such request. VCL may amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary in order to maintain efficient pursuance of its business.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
