What VCL will need from you...
- Passport. The applicant's passport which must have at least two blank pages and must valid for at least 18 months beyond the expiry date of the visa.
- A completed online application form. (See link below.)
- One colour passport size photo taken against a white background and taken within the last six months.
- A business letter from your UK employer, which must :
i) state the name of the organisation to be visited.
ii) state the length of visa and number of entries required.
iii) state acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant.

- Original letter of invitation from a Russian company, this must:
i) include the name of the applicant.
ii) state the purpose of the visit.
iii) have the official company seal.
iv) be signed by an official who is authorised to invite foreigners to Russia.
- Original or copy of a medical certificate showing a negative HIV result. This must have been issued within three months of the date of visa application submission.

Application Form
The application form must be completed online. Please contact us if you do not have a tourist voucher. You will need the information from it to complete the form correctly.
When you are asked to “Select the location where you will be applying for your visa”, please select Visa Application Centre VFS London and continue.
On the next page (Visa details), check if everything is correct, otherwise Edit the part of the form where necessary, then Save.
On the next page select ”print the form in A4 format”.
