What VCL will need from you...
- Passport with at least 2 blank pages. The passport must be valid for another 6 months after the visa expires.
- Visa Application form (see link below). You must ensure that the dates of your entry and exit, as entered in the application form, match with or fall within the period specified in the supporting documents.
- One recent passport size photo glued to the indicated space on the application form.
- A photocopy of your confirmed ticket with a stopover in Russia if you are travelling by air/train/coach.
- Only if travelling by car, a covering letter explaining the purpose as well as the routes of the journey together with a photocopy of the car registration certificate, stating the details of the owner and the vehicle. Such transit visas are issued based on the fastest journey to the destination. The average daily distance to be covered by car must not be less than 500 km.
- A valid visa (if required by that country) to the country you want to enter after leaving Russia.
Application Form
The application form must be completed online. Please contact us if you do not have a tourist voucher. You will need the information from it to complete the form correctly.
When you are asked to “Select the location where you will be applying for your visa”, please select Visa Application Centre VFS London and continue.
On the next page (Visa details), check if everything is correct, otherwise Edit the part of the form where necessary, then Save.
On the next page select ”print the form in A4 format”.
