What VCL will need from you...

• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of issuance of visa.
• Two recent colour passport sized photos taken against a white background, with the name of the applicant written on the back, and attached with a paper clip to the application form.
• An original letter from the applicant's employer on the company's letterhead. This must include the applicant's name, the purpose of the journey, the name of the organisation to be visited, the number of entries and the duration of the visa being requested. Click here for a template.

If you choose to use our services please be advised that, in addition to any embassy or government fee, we charge a handling fee for our services. These services include consultation and visa advice, the pre-checking of applications before submission, and ensuring both the delivery and collection of applications to/from the relevant embassy or government department on your behalf as your designated agent and courier.
